I've been in technology since 2000. By 2004, I was running IT for a healthcare organization, managing clinical systems, network infrastructure, and HIPAA compliance across multiple facilities.
In 2013, I started TECNOTO because I kept watching companies get bad advice from the people selling them technology. I wanted to build something different: honest guidance on connectivity, cloud, communications, and security. No sales pitch. No vendor bias. Just the right answer.
In 2019, I became CIO of Palm Healthcare Management, responsible for technology across 14 skilled nursing centers. That role reinforced everything I believe about technology: it should make the business run better, not create more problems to manage.
Today, TECNOTO works with mid-market companies across Florida using the same approach I used as CIO.
